  1. If you have all the parts ready, less than a day, even faster if you have help. If you dont already have one, I would download the factory service manual, you can find it for free if you google it. Pretty good step by step instructions in it.

  2. Yeah I got the clutch kit and a new flywheel, all oem but aftermarket oem. My buddie and I are gonna do it, he says its gonna take us at least 8 hours or more depending on what goes wrong (lol), but I knew a guy (with a lift though) could do a honda clutch in 30 min using power tools. I remember we timed him, it took him 20 to get it off, and 10 to get it on, and it was fing quick. So I figured like maybe 4 hours n all, but, who knows. I also have my Haynes for my Sol.

  3. Im not sure what the haynes manual has but the FSM is real good for a first timer. it tells you every part that has to come off, pics of everything, and torque specs for every nut and bolt lol. I would recommend it, and it would probably make the job faster too.
