The V6 Engine of Honda Odyssey 2009

Many people think that minivans are like Brussels sprouts vehicles: Good for you, but that’s about it. To some extent they are right. They are the type of vehicles that are good in comparison: Not as great as the thirst and SUVs, more useful than crossings and cars.

Powering all 2009 Honda Odyssey, whatever the choice of the base is a 3.5-liter 244-hp V-6 engine connected to a five-speed automatic transmission. The only difference is that the EX-L and Touring get a Honda with variable system that stops half the cylinders when you are very light gas. It is homogeneous in the operation, and if it was not for the glowing “ECO” light on the dashboard, you realize it never worked. However, the gain was 19 mpg at the pump, not too bad for 4640 lbs. transporter family.

The 2009 Honda Odyssey offers a lot with a quiet cruise on the highway, absorb the bumps large and small. This is not the lack of coordination and floating as the Chrysler vans are, following rigid, but it is still cushy.
Honda exterior styling is rarely the stuff of dreams, and this is true of the 2009 Honda Odyssey.

This is a pretty good research van with headlights bug eyes, many details of the folds on the flanks, and rear Jeweled. The changes last year were mostly limited to new housing and a new rear grille. But as the wheels go boxes is a very good thing. The interior is essentially the same. Function is the watchword, even if it is nicely decorated and filled with features, the Odyssey is also designed to last.
